ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

1. We believe Yeshua (Yahshua, Yahushua) is the Messiah, the Son of the Living Elohim (G-d).

2. We believe Yeshua (Yahshua, Yahushua) is the reason we want to keep our good heavenly Father's  Instructions (also called Torah, or the Laws of Moses).

3. We believe we should be allowed to come back to the Land of Israel as Ephraimites, or as believing Jewish friends of Ephraim, as convicted by YHWH's Spirit.

4. We believe our loyalty is first to YHWH our Elohim, and then to our fellow man.

Bylaws:

A. We agree the Stick of Ephraim is open to all Ephraimites and believing Jewish friends who choose to live by our Articles of Incorporation.

B. We agree it is only YHWH and His Spirit who have the power to convict the heart.  Even though many different beliefs and points of view may be presented on the Stick of Ephraim site, we agree to treat each other with love and respect, simply speaking what we believe, and then allowing YHWH do the job of convicting.

C. We agree that when disagreements arise, all members agree to disagree, and to deal with each other in love and respect, until we all come to the unity of the faith in love (Ephesians 4).

D. We agree that no negative behavior towards any Semitic person or persons (whether Ephraimite or Jewish) will be tolerated.  Persons who behave in ways that are disrespectful, selfish, rude or harmful to others will be asked to leave.

E. We agree that all disputes will be resolved by the Stick of Ephraim Beit Din (court), with the advice and counsel of their believing Jewish friends.
